This website, its content and all material displayed and/or distributed is owned exclusively by DeRivas Photography.

Personal Use

Personal use is intended for customers who will not be reproducing or distributing the material purchased. Acceptable personal use includes using images as desktop wallpaper, as a screensaver, displaying on a digital photoframe and to print for use in the purchaser's home or a corporate workspace. Electronic versions of artwork must remain in the possesion of the original purchaser and cannot be distributed, copied, emailed or sold to another person or company.

Commercial Use

No artwork may be used for commercial purposes until an explicit agreement has been reached between Craig Ford and/or Kahl Olsen and the 'purchaser.' Once permission is granted for commercial use, the purchaser can only use the artwork for purposes specified in the contract.
